    Hi

You will find it difficult if not impossible to arrange a rental from the UK. Agents like you to view the property first and they like to meet you before you are considered for a rental. The usual thing to do is arrange a temporary accommodation at a holiday let or something similar for the first few weeks while you check out the areas and arrange a more permanent rental.

Furnished accommodation is very expensive and you will find it a lot cheaper to rent unfurnished and buy a furniture pack, a few shops do this where for around $2000 you can get the basics for your home until you have time to either buy more furniture or your container arrives depending on what arrangements you have made.

Unfurnished accommodation will normally include a Cooker and the cost of rent covers the rates for the home as well, ( no extra to pay). water is often included or you pay for excess usage if you go over a set allowance. Furnished accommodation will quite often cover basic utilities (Electric, gas and water) but are far more expensive.
