    Just registered and thought i would say hello !!

    I'm in the processing of wanting to move to OZ, we have applied under 176 SS on my OH trade as a joiner, we got SS in Novemeber 2009 and still waiting for the actual visa and think am probably in for a hell of a long wait.

    Its a pain all your live is on hold, trying to save any penny and nobody gives anything away to when you will get the actual visa stamped in that passport !!

    Any nice chatting and hope to meet some lovely people who is in the same situations.

    i also have 2 boys who are 5yrs and 1yr (the one year old is a little terror haaaa in a nice way ) x

    If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I am sure someone will be able to answer. Where do you intend to settle once the waiting game is over? at the moment Brisbane has just had 4 weeks of rain, so your probably been better off were you are LOL. :biggrin:

    We intend to settle in Pacific Pines i think but could all change we will have to see where to the work is at the time !!

    4 weeks off rain thats nothing compared with sunny Manchester !!! Peeing it down now as we spk so i could probably say am well and truely used to it !!

    I am on Godwin beach just off Bribie Island, been here about 9 months now, and love it here, our rain has one big advantage over Manchester rain, "it's warm" rain. Its just coming into Autumn now so should be dryer here soon, Just had a record breaking summer here for rainfall, but the good news is all the dams are full so we won't die of thirst,LOL

    Will you two stop talking about 'Black Pudding", I just know I am going to fancy black pudding all day now.....

    I did find some black pudding in Meat City in Caboolture a couple of weeks ago, but it just did not 'look right' so I left it there.:err:

    Bury ,,although i was born in Bolton.

    lol and i have tried evey different brand i can buy here and they are yak! One even tasted like xmas pudding???????????????????????????????? lol

    Trust me Colin, there arent right,,lol, and if i ever find one that is then i will let you know,promise. lol
    I do really miss them when i worked on Bury Market i used to get a black pudding and bag of small potatoes with loads of salt on for my lunch,lol.

    Well am due a trip to bury market probably next week for my fish, meat and yeh BLACK PUDDINGS !!! You cant beat bury market i love going for everything. I spend about £60 and full the freezer !!

    I would ship some over but i dont think they would taste nice either once they got there :mad:

    OMG i hope theirs no babys,lol, i have 2 ( 3 including hubby) and thats more than enough,,lol, loads of women have 7 or 8 kids and i think theyre barmy!! lol

    Enjoy the market,, i worked in the meat and fish hall for quite a few years and i gotta say it was some of the best years of my life,, cold,lol but what a great bunch of people.
    Make sure you eat an extra black pudding for me,lol
