    Hi

We are moving to Cleveland on the 20th of October and have just enrolled our son Daniel who is going to be 10 in November into Thornlands Primary school.

Does anyone have children that go to Thornlands or does anyone live near Cleveland and would be interested in meeting up for a drink/chat when we arrive?

Thanks for reading and speak soon

From what I recall hearing, Thornlands Primary school is OK.

It would be worth contacting the school to ask what the NAPLAN results were like, and comparing them to the National averages. Although I have just realised you are VERY close, in time, to being here !

I note you are from West Midlands, you may be interested to know that there is a branch of the Wolverhampton Spice Avenue Balti restaurant not that far away.

If you haven't heard from others about the local area, let me know, as there are lots of British in the Bayside area.

Some of the Thornlands ladies go to a book reading thing at the local library, in case that is your thing... :err:

Others play Golf, Soccer, or just meet up at the pubs.

    Hi Shane

I hope things are going well for you. I am sure you have found that Thornlands is a great school - it has a good reputation locally.

Is Liz around during the day? Does she want to meet / come over for coffee?
