We are having beef rib roast for tea, which I am going to cook on the gas BBQ, I also thought I would do some Yorkshire Pudding, but after my last failed attempt my DH said 'it doesn't matter', lol, I believe the trick is getting the oven very hot, how hot? And does anyone have a quick and easy recipe for me please :notworthy:

My dear Ladies, boy did you have a very lucky escape, the Yorkshires were perfect but the rib roast was as tough as the soles on my CAT boots :arghh: the place where I usually buy my meat got flooded last week, so I am now on a mission ..... to find somewhere else that sells tender steak and pork, that could take a wee while

eton mess Tink, I have never made one, but will have a think and look through my recipe books, I have a good recipe for meringues though if you want that
