    Hello Forum,

I am moving to Brisbane with a small family (2 under 2) from Ireland.
    Probably moving to Wooloowin area.

Can anyone advise where there are public or private swimming pools in the area?
I like lap swimming and also want to take kids to lessons.
    .
The only one I have found so far is Lutwyche Fitness First.

Thanks to everyone for their useful comments on the forum, its really helped my decision making about where to move.

Thanks Cal you are right the Wooloowin primary school website highlights learn to swim on weekends. I just thought maybe my little ones might be too small. I found the govt funded pool chain called Bluefit. Chermside waterpark indoor pool might fit the bill. thanks for your reply.

    Hey,

there is a very nice swimming pool in chermside ( 5 minutes in the other direction from Lutwyche.

They provide swimming lessons for all ages and for the big kids there is a water park!

there is a small fee but its nice/ clean and fun for the kids (and adults)

    hope this helps :)
