Hi, we have sold our house and should be moving out in september. Hubbie has a job in Yatala. Does anyone know of any good family suburbs around this area. We have 2 girls aged 2 and 4, so schools will be important.
    Thanks:smile:

BEst place to start is www.ourbrisbane.com as they have a history of all suburbs there including all the stats that you can lay your hands on!

    Also www.realestate.com.au for property

Welcome to Brits! (Almost forgot that bit!)

Hiya we are about 25 mins from Yatala, the advantage is you have loads fo suburbs to choose from because of its proximity to the highway.Mt Warren park at beenleigh is quite popular with new familys,Edens Landing is another lovely place, you ve also got all the gold coast suburbs such as Coomera,Upper Coomera,Jacobs well,Pimpama, the list is endless, lol,(lots of research),if it all gets too much you can always stay here in one of our properties until youve found somewere you like, lots of familys book 3 or 4 weeks whilst they have a look around and find their feet.
Prices can vary greatly from suburb to suburb too ,check out realestate on the address Jo gave above and make sure places are within your price range,Good luck it will be a hard choice.

Hi Thanks for your replies. Hubbies employers are arranging accommadation for 4 weeks while we find somewhere. Have been looking at Mt Warren Park as a possible location, but I guess we will have to do a lot of driving round when we get there to see for ourselves! Just wish it was all sorted now:confused:
