    hi ,i have only been to Petrie once ,didnt look a bad area and Warner which is a neighbouring suburb is nice so i dont think you would go worng . Sorry i dont have more info. Have you looked at www.ourbrisbane.com they do a suburb write up so may have more details about it.

    Petrie is a nice suburb, easy access to the Sunshine Coast beaches with train access.
    A good family area.
