My partner and I are flying to Brisbane on 26th and arrive there at 6:20am on 28th November.

We have been looking at booking a hotel for our first ten days until we find somewhere to rent but feel that if we don't find somewhere we might end up spending all our funds in a hotel whilst we look.

I was thinking that maybe a relocation agent might be a good option as I was told that they can view a rental property for you? Can they also secure the rental for arrival? Does anyone know what packages and prices they offer for this type of service as this may be a better option for us to know we have somewhere to live when we arrive.

Any agents out there who can offer advice on this, much appreciated as we seem to be running out of time

hiya we provide furnished accommodation for when you first arrive ,giving you a few days to check out areas and then we will search, view and apply for rental houses with you. The inspection is SO important when you take on a property ,,anything not written on the inspection report no matter how minor can be deducted from your bond at the end of a lease. I have known people charged for cobwebs and even dust in the bath!!!
shout if you need any help
