hello, i am looking at moving over in 2-3 years, i am currently a scaffolder but dont fancy the idea of doing this job in the australian heat! so if anybody can help me im after some advice on a new career to train in before i get there, my wife is a midwife so it doesnt have to be a trade on the list but something that i will get paid fair for and hopefully find work easy enough.

Hi Danny i would maybe apply on your wifes skills and have a look whats available when you get here, most trades require training or sitting a college course when you arrive anyway. One job that is in demand is painter and decorator ,loads of jobs ads for them at the moment!
