  1. Hi everyone, Just wanted to introduce ourselves. We are Mark 44 carpenter/joiner Alison 40 and our 2 boys 15 and 16. we are in the final stages of the whole lengthy, nerve shredding and mostly pacience waring process of emigrating. We are looking at going to a town/ suburb outside of Brisbane but not too far from the city as we feel the boys are going to need access when they are nearing adulthood. We have been reasurching Caboolture as it seems to be in the middle of the sunshine coast beaches and has easy access to Brissie the train link being a real bonus, has anyone got any info on the place at all,we have reasurched a bit on the net but it would be great to have a first hand account!
Many thanks in advance for any advice!
    Mark & Alison

hi guys,we are very excited about going but to be honest a bit nervous as well, which i surpose is to be expected, but cant wait!!! we are leaving a few family members behind, but my parents are about 700 miles from me already, although we do see them quite often, i think it will be easier going than if i was still living near them, my mum will be heart broken when we go, but she knows we are doing it for the right reasons, and they will be coming to see us a few months after we get there! and she is getting quite handy at msn!! so although i speak to her everyday on the phone now when we go we will be in contact a lot. :)
