    Hi all, just about to apply for my spouse visa in a few weeks time and got a question regarding medicals. I have heard if you have tattoos the medical is more expencive. Is the extra expence for each tattoo or just if you have tattoos in general. I have 4 :/

    HI.we went to Birmingham but i think it is the same everywhere. Everyone gets the HIV test but if you have tattoo's and piercings it is at the doctor's discretion to also test for hepatitis b and c. The extra expense would be the blood tests if required.
    My OH has one large tattoo but they only did HIV.Good luck !
