Hi i have never really studied Belmount so dont know loads of facts ,all i can really tell you is its close to the city ,should have larger style plots/gardens ,the only thing to watch for is the shooting range(if its still there) could make sunday mornings very noisey if theres a comp on . Sorry i cant help further

We are going to Belmont because the company my husband will be working for is providing a 3 bed appartment for a year but we really need a 4 bed and wondered (we are led to belive Belmont is expensive) where within 50km of Brisbane is a reasonable price for houses to rent or buy any info would be appreciated thanks Julie x:smile:

 

Hi Julie ,personally id take them up on the offer and spend a good few months driving around ,50km covers sooo many suburbs including us down here ,so you have plenty of choice for nice ,affordable areas,it depends what you as a family like and the only way to find out is to drive,drive and drive a bit more ,lol, good luck with everything
