Springfield Lakes is a nice area, very 'new' as you probably aware. About 40 odd minutes to Brissy CBD. Cant tell you about schools sorry as i'm at Forest Lake.

hi guys, thanks for the info, springfields looks like a nice place but its always nice to find out from "real" people! only so much you can find out from the web etc. have you got any other ares that we could have a look at? hubby will be working out of toowong, so within about 30 -40 mins from there would be good.
    thanks, sheena :)

we are on the outskirts of Flagstone estate ,which we think is a lovely family area ,schools, shops and childcare all on the estate and nothing else is too far away, you also have the choice of a standard 800sqmtr plot or acerage living if you need that extra bit of room(especially if the boys like their toys, lol).lots of after school clubs for the kids round and about and more sports than you could possibly participate in ,lol.hope this helps a bit

hi cal, thanks for the reply, going to have a nosey round later and see what i can find on the web, my 14 year old is sport mad, so it sounds great for him!!! he loves his football and has played for our local teams, but hes also getting into basketball, and seeing as how he is 6'2 already it could be a good sport for him to get into!!!! :)
