Hi Folks

Well I am in quaratine in Sydney for another 17 days or so before I jet off up to Brisbane to meet up with my owners Nick & Julie and my brothers Aidan (4) & Cameron (20 months)

They have been in Brisbane for 7 weeks, and although the first few days were a hard, they are now loving it. They are moving into a new house on Friday when all their stuff tuns up from the UK....apart from the bits customs have kept hold of.

How are the rest of you who have moved to Brisbane finding it. Those of you who are planning to live here....it is a lovely place apparently. Climate is great, so far and the people have been superb. It is geared up for kids as well with parks and facilities all over.

If anyone wants to meet up, etc or needs a bit of support then feel free to drop us a line.

My mum has let me use her name to post a message.

Me and my brother, Kyzer fly to Sydney quarantine in two and half weeks. Mum says we will love it and it will be like being in a posh hotel but would like to know what you think? I will miss my mum so much and am really scared of flying so would be nice to hear how you have coped.

We then move to Brisbane after we have been in the hotel and move into our new house at the end of Nov. Mum has shown us photos and it looks lovely with some big parks nearby.

Anyway I hope you enjoy your stay in the hotel and that you get a great big party when you get to your new home.

Keep in touch and maybe we could go out to play one day?

Hi Kozy & Kyzer (great names!)
I'm leaving my hotel tomorrow and my mummy and daddy and brothers (and nanna) are gagging to see me and I can't wait to see them.

As it turned out I was very ill when my mum and dad left me in the UK for a few weeks prior to flying out but I still coped with the flight OK and I have to say the care I have had in Sydney has been amazing - they've been brushing my teeth a couple of times a week (at mummy's request!) and I've been washed and brushed for my departure home. My mum has been able to ring up every day to see how I've been - they've been great at my hotel - I have no complaints at all.

We must definitely meet up when you arrive in Brisbane. We live in Sinnamon Park - whereabouts will you be living ... do you know yet?

I know it's a terribly stressful period but you mustn't worry - it was a breeze!!!

Mum thinks are names are pretty good too.

I hope you are feeling better now. Kyzer was really poorly a few weeks ago and was in hospital on a drip for a while. They thought he might have had parvo but luckily the tests came back negative. So he is ok to fly now, which i am glad about cos i am a little nervous so at least i will have him as company.

My mum has bought us a new house in a suburb called St Lucia - it looks very nice.

I think she has also been in touch with jetpets to look into flying us up to our new home - i just cant wait to get it all over with.

It is great to hear that you have enjoyed it and been looked after so well. I have never been away from my mum cos we are still only babies
(well I am 2 and Kyzer is 1) - so she takes us everywhere!

What kind of dog are you? We are both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (i am the cute one!!)

I am a blue merle rough collie (like Lassie but better looking - lol)

I have not seen my parents for 10 weeks. The vet gave me lepto in the Uk when he shouldn't have and I could not fly. Mummy and daddy left me with my grandad but then I got really bad parvo/gastro and almost died. They said it was awful being over there when I was so ill. Due to this illness it put back my flight even further. Still come tomorrow we will be reunited. They had better have my space on the bed all sorted or there will be trouble. Enjoy the hotel and say hi to Candice (my handler) for me.

Who are you flying over with? I used Parair and they were also fab. Hope to see you in a few weeks. When are your mummy and daddy arriving?

I couldnt imagine being away from mum for 10 weeks and i know she wouldnt survive without me - or my brother. I think you are very brave!! You must have been really ill, i know when they thought Kyzer had parvo the doctor said i might not see him again. But i am glad you are ok now.

I dont have a daddy, so there is just me and my brother and my mum coming over to the new house. Thats why I am sad to leav my mum cos she will be on her own, but I am sure she will be ok until we arrive as she has to get the house ready for us. She arrives in just over three weeks, so we are flying the week before her. I think she has used a firm called golden arrow shippers. They seem really nice and want us to stay with them for three days before we leave so it should be fun!

Anyway it is late over here and mum says it is bed time - you will prob be getting picked up about now. I hope you enjoy your special day and you like your new homw. Let me know how you get on with the heat and those spiders mum keeps telling me about.

We have just come back from Brizzy and made some great mates, and will be back there in Feb , just back here finishing off stuf . I hate stuff it allways gets in the way.


IT'S ALL BONZER MATES
