Have you tried looking for your mate through the online telephone directory.

I have found that this is updated a lot quicker than the telephone book.

 

If someone annoys you click report and type your reply/vent there, that way only the mods see it and you dont get in trouble by writing it on the forum. It works for me (most of the time,lol)
