Hi, I have been looking at this site for months - thought it was time to intorduce us. I am Sarah (35), married to Steve (48) and we have a 2yr old daughter Maggie.
We are hoping to be in Brisbane May 2009 after what I can only describe as being the most stressful, roller coaster 12mths of my entire life!!! Finally the light seems to be at the end of the tunnel.
I am a psychiatric nurse and have a job lined up at RBWH. OH doesn't have a job as yet but can turn his hand to anything -jack of all trades and a master of none!
Can't wait to make the move now and start getting back on with our lives - getting fed up living out of boxes in my parents now!
We are not coming with mega bucks by any stretch, as long as we can rent something half decent, buy new furniture etc and a fairly decent car - we aren't bothered we can work up from there.
Really excited about our forthcoming adventure but also very nervous!!
