That would be great to know where best place to buy food, clothes. for example supermarkets or try and buy at local markets.

Hi Love Shoes, thanx so much for that, I need to re read how to start a thread within a group so I can share how much things are or where to buy things....I can already think of items that I want soon after we arrive. So look out for my posts in the new group.

just go into the group, join it, then you will see the box saying start a new thread ....
I will add some stuff next week, Cal, Kate and Tink will probably join in to, it will give you all an idea.
Like at the moment avocados are nearly $3 each, but I bought a pack of un ripened ones, left them out of the fridge, now they are ripe, I got three for $3.99 in my local veg super market.

aldi and all the major stores usually do a drop weekly to our post boxes at home with their specials, at first I loved them, now I find them a nuisance and just bin .....

will get to work on the group next week. I visit the groups at least twice a day .....

I have joined your group. Look forward to knowing all to do with shopping. Lol. My husband might not like it but I do. Plus anywhere I can save is a sure help. I love shopping markets for fruit and veg. We go to the markets here in Canada but having a short growing season we can't do that year round. I've been looking at the cost of things online and there isn't a huge difference between her and there.
