OMG got an email and a phonecall from our agent this morning to let us know that our 175 Visa has been granted, Need to sell the house but we have someone who is very interested so hopefully we will be Brisbane bound this year, Scared excited but cannot wait all at the same time

congats lorna hope all goes well for. we have just started the whole process, will be applying for 175 visa too. how long did it take for you from application to being granted??

Ours took 15 months from start to finish but we didn't rush with a few bits. How long did yours take?

hi scuba we have been told by others on theses forums ours will only take 5 to 7 months my oh is a nurse and on the csl, we not planning on going till july 2012 as got commitments till then so really not sure when to start the whole process off.
phone some migrations agents but the just tell you anything i think and been quoted some crazy prices from 2 to 6 grand to do paperwork, think we are just going to do it ourselves as i had a look at the forms and they dont look difficult in the slightest.
any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated greatly
