Has anyone lived on or know much about these gated complexes?

 

I would also be interested in anyone's experiences. ie What do you actually get for the additional corporate fees and are they age specific (apart from the retirement places).

 

My wife went to view one but there was too many rules for our liking. No noise after 9pm, no inflatables in the pool,no parkingn for guests outside your house. Not really for us. Just got a house in Narangba and we love it

 

Not all have these strict rules so always have a look around at others complexs..
