I'm new to this site - Hi... Please be nice!!!! :)

After visiting family in Brisbane over Christmas and NY period, I fell in love with the place (and obviously miss my family loads)! So, now looking at options so I can go over for longer than just a holiday the most suitable (and the only thing I seem to qualify for) is to go on a Working Holiday Visa. I believe you need to have a substantial amount of savings to do this though??

Could anyone give me any advice on this? Or if there are any other options that I have missed? I'm quite a cautious/ sensible person and would have to be sure that I could get work there - considering the job market is tough everywhere at the moment.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who has any suggestions or advice.

    Thanks in advance!!

Hey - I don't know an awful lot about Working Holiday Visas, the best advice I can give you is to ask in this forum instead: www.pomsinoz.com

BritsInBrisbane was started as as a "sister" site to PomsInOz and the community over there is much more vibrant. There's Brisbane sections on there too but posting over there will get you (more likely) the answers you're looking for! (and quicker)
