:wink:Whats been your favourite night or day out since arriving in Brissie??

 

Australian Outback Experience was absolutely brill ,especially as we went child free !!
Fav Day out with the kids is a toughyy(due to different ages of em) for Jodi (4) i would imagine Movieworld as there were lots of mini theme park rides and the stars wondering around like at disneyland.For Zak ,,Wet n Wild ,think at the grand age of 9 he has challenged every ride there(much to my horror,i have to stay with Jodi on the little rides,OBVIOUSLY!LOL).
Theres no disputing Aussie Zoo is fantastic and A reasonably priced day out for the enitre family ,thou,ideal to go when rellys and friends are over.

We loved the Koala Sanctuary where you could have a cuddle with them!! Loved the WetnWild water park, although when we were there they had just opened another water park near the WetnWild, cant think what it was called, but is it good does anyone know??

When we went to Adelaide we went to the Outdoor Movies, and I have to say we loved it we got the chairs out of the car whilst the kids layed in the back of the car and watched the movie, Pelicans flew across the screen - What a Night!! Do they have this in Brisbane at all anywhere? I know they do have one at Wet n Wild but without having to go there.

There is an open air cinema at Yatla near Beenleigh ,ive not been personally but my son went with friends and said it was great.I do want to go but if you go in summer you may get eaten by the mossies and in winter its too cold!!lol,,tough decisions heh,

Oh I have been there, cant remember what we saw there tho. Its good as you can relax in your car and have the soundtrack played through your car radio so you can shut the windows on the mossies!

my favourite day so far was when we went to fraser island and we got stuck in the sand because my stupid husband didnt have the car in 4 wheel drive!! fraser island itself was amazing such a stunning place i cant wait to take my mum and dad and sis at xmas.

I also loved the day out we had at Bribie Island - the weather wasnt great it was quite cloudy and it was quite a spontanious decision to go but the kids had such a lovely time there was hardly any one on the beach and they could run up and down as much as they wanted it really hit home to me why we had come to australia when i saw them laughing and screaming having so much fun

best night out would have to be in my back garden on lous birthday we got so drunk it was really funny x

 

Geez there have been so many...Woodford Folk Festival was fab along with Brisbane River Festival last year..New Years Eve on the South Bank at Brissy..So many wonderful days out too
