We are a family of four, with two children, girl - 15 & boy -10. We are living in Birkdale (Redlands) of Brisbane since march this year, having got 457 visa sponsorship from a Brisbane hospital, I am a nurse. We have settled but we have yet to make any friends, and we were wondering if any ex-pats might be meeting up around our area, either with or without the kids. We would love to hear from anyone. Hey Tracy & Pete, my husband and I are living in Victoria Point, we've also been here since March and are on a 457 visa and are yet to make friends and would be up for a meet up one weekend. we don't have kiddies so can be pretty flexible.
