Due to unforseen circumstances we have to move out of our beautiful house in Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast.
We are moving on the 25th September and there is 6 months lease left on it.

It briefly comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, all with built ins, master has ensuite, nice sized gardens, fans in all bedrooms and air con in living area, electric hob and stove.

The house itself is situated in a beautiful part of the Gold Coast, in a very up and coming area which is known locally as 'Brit Pines'.
It is 4 minutes to MovieWorld and Wet & Wild World and 15 minutes to DreamWorld & WhiteWater World. 20 mins to the coast and 20 minutes to Surfers Paradise.
