Beautiful estate surrounded by natural forest with lots of cycle paths and parks for the kids. House has all the mod cons - double garage, dishwasher, air con, en-suite etc...

Change in circumstances means that we are having to Break our lease agreement early.

Available from end of July 2010. Rent is $350 pw for the first month, then $395 pw thereafter.

i am currently going through the same process. keep an eye on your agent and make sure they advertise the property correctly. My agent "forgot" to say it was a 3 bedroom and advertised it as 2 bedroom. :wub:
