Hi, can anyone tell us what the going hourly rate or daily rate is for a tiler? My husband has been tiling for nearly 30 years, we are moving to the Sunshine Coast towards the end of the year and obviously are quite concerned about finding work and the also the rate of pay. We have heard there is not alot of work at the moment? When we came out in December there seemed to be loads of work starting around Kawana Waters etc so we are hopeful!There are also certificates etc that are needed now to work as a self employed tiler and he has been told that unless he has these ( not sure what they are ) he will have to work for a company? If anyone can shed any light on any of the issues raised we would be very grateful.Michelle & Colin
