    hi i have just arrived from perth and have a boy of 7 and girl of 3. i dont really know anyone locally and want to take my little girl to some toddler clubs or dance cubs where both she and i can meet people. i live in narangba - does anyone have any suggestions

    Can you not enquire at the local council offices ? out little weekly paper also has ad's in for playgroups etc ,not sure what paper covers around there,also look for mums in the local parks and ask them,

    Cal read my mind! the weekly papers are a great place to start, also any freebie papers that you get delivered. You do find parents and kids cafes around too. Have heard of them but havent seen one over this side of town. Welcome from Perth anyway! What made you move to Brissie???

    hi have you tried looking on www.playgroupaustralia.com.au that should tell you where you local ones are you could also try asking at the local schools to see if they have one attatched they usually do even the private schools i will ask the lady who organises my local playgroup for you i know she has set up quite a few in the brisbane area x
