Hi All,
I'm new to this site, but a regular on PiO and we're hopefully moving to QLD later in the year. I'll be looking for work as an aircraft engineer in the Brisbane area, unlicenced, in a senior supervisory role. My speciality is helicopters and I'm looking for opportunities in or around the airport sites. I'd gladly welcome any advice or links to potential jobs.

Hi and welcome can you work on the aircraft or are you just office staff if you can do the hands on stuff for a short while it wont take you long to make supervisor and if it helps boeing have just won a big contract west of the city starting sometime in 2009.Hope that helps all the best from the taylors.

 

Thanks, although I'm a senior aircraft engineer at the moment, I have no problems in taking a few steps back in order to get my foot in the door. Any 'insider' links to these potential Boeing opportunities?

had a quick nosey and www.brisrec.com.au and www.kineticrecruitment.com.au are 2 agencys that seem to have vacancies in your line of work ,dropping them an email wouldnt do any harm. Another one i found with a couple of vacancies is premiairaviation.com.au ,,hope this helps a little,shout if you need any more help
